I have had 2 Garmin Zumo 550s refurbished over the past year and I am happy with the quality of service. My units work as nearly new as they ever have and are updated, and even better than before with the memory increase. I use these on my motorcycles as I tour the country and have never been left down by a GPS problem. Only 1 times did I encounter a problem - and with 1 simple phone call I was able to have Chris talk me through a reset that fixed the GPS. WOW - Service and Quality and Price all at the same place.
