Should there be a heaven, there will be a special place reserved for those who maintain our legacy devices. The last 10 years of my working and personal life are stored on the Palm TX (and the desktop) and the device was failing. I mailed it Priority Post from Canada. Chris got it Friday, repaired it and had it back in the mail the same day. Wow. I also "bought" half an hour of his time to help me with a hotsync issue. Thanks, Chris for your speed and courtesy and patience. Please don't retire!
