Chris saved my Palm

After my Palm fell on my bed, while on a business trip, there was no picture on the screen. I call Chris and he told me exactly the problem, he could fix it, and how much it would cost. When I returned home, I went straight to the PO and mailed my Palm to Chris. He received my Palm in two days, fixed it that day, and returned it the same day. I received it back in two days.
