Wow! What a fabulous service. I bought an obsolete Zumo 550 from my Harley-Davidson dealer\'s swap meet, recently with the intention of having it refurbished by Garmin. When they told me the unit was no longer serviceable by Garmin I started looking on the web for alternatives. I quickly found PalmDr and gave them a call. I was so impressed by the response I sent them the unit to replace one of the rubber buttons and go through it. They responded the same day they received it with a ridiculously low estimate-to-repair and told me once I confirmed payment, it was ready to ship. Total turn around time from my shipping it to receiving it back was 1 week! I had it installed by the dealer who commented that my unit was probably in the best condition they had ever seen. It works great and gives me a capability on my 2007 Electro-Glide that is envied by all. Sure beats $700 for a new unit. Thank you Palm Dr.
