What great service. Yeah, I know, my SP 2610 is ancient. But I really like it, it still works great - except that the touchscreen got really flaky, phantom touches, faded.

I realized that I didn\'t have the skills to open up and properly replace the touchscreen. So, I shipped my 2610 and the new touchscreen that I bought to Chris. It got fixed the same day and works great now.
