I have been using a Palm since it was called Palm Pilot or almost 20 years. I always have it with me and I panic if I cannot find it or if something goes wrong. If it weren't for having Short Tronics available I would worry much more. They have repaired more than one Palm for me over the years and do it very expertly, quickly, and inexpensively. I even bought a second Palm from Chris, which I do not HotSynch, just to have on hand in case my Palm is lost or run over by a car. My wife says I am obsessed; she is right.
