PALM device repaired

Does anyone remember the days when one walked in to an establishment and actually talked to a person who listened to what you needed fixed? Chris fixed it and did it efficiently, economically and with a human touch. I remember what customer service was/is and having your device checked and repaired at Chris\' shop brings back those memories. I needed my Pal TX checked, battery replaced along with the power and sync cables. The device has been in a box for years and my 12 year needs it to take notes in a school that does not allow cell phones or any other devices that can connect to the web. It actually took longer for my device to reach his shop than it took to fix it. If anyone needs a PALM device repaired, I strongly recommend that you send it to Chris. I turned in a PC for repair at a big name store over 45 days ago, it has yet to be returned (parts). The PC is less than a year old, go figure.
I plan on sending another PALM in for repair, and if any of my GPS decide to break, I definitely know who to send them to with full faith that it will be fixed right at a reasonable price.
