I have an older GPS that was being held together with tie wraps and cardboard but it was convenient to use and I had taken it all over world. When the screen went dim after a battery replacement and I had trouble turning it on/off, I sent it to Chris. He replaced a backup battery, uploaded software and repaired the main battery latch (hence the tie wraps) very inexpensively and sent it back while my payment was still in transit. Very friendly and professional. Hope he stays around.
