Chris and his crew are outstanding both in service and communications! I've used my Zumo for over eight years on my Harley and when the screen went white and all washed-out I contacted Garmin only to find they don’t support this model any longer. After some googling I discovered all I had to do was order a cheap screen and maybe a digitizer off E-bay and fix it myself. Right? Fortunately, for me I also saw Short Tronics and decided to contact them. $549 for a new model or $87 to repair. Well that was a no brainer! As it turned out the screen and digitizer were fine and they did a board level repair, replaced some buttons, and sent it back in record time. I would have waited a month on parts from China only to find they wouldn’t fix my unit. I didn't realize how smart I am. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!
