II ordered a new battery when my Tungsten E2 Palm Pilot died. After replacing it the Palm would not sync or even respond to the touch screen. I had already gotten a new Tungsten E2, but still needed to transfer all the years and years of data. I was in tears until I spoke to Chris at Short Tronics who calmly led me through exchanging parts and then accessed my computer from 7,000 miles away, to install all the necessary drivers and apps and 'stuff' since I was now on Windows 7 and not Windows XP. He saved all the data, upgraded what was necessary, sync-ed my Palm and WOW!!!!!! Chris - you are fantastic. Thank you SO SO SO much!!
