Just went out to take a ride one day and the thing wouldn't turn on. I read all the blogs did all the "self fixes" and still nothing. Started to get sick thinking she was kaput! Got on-line and called Palm Dr, Chris (the President) answered on the 2nd ring and gave me the reassurance he could repair it. Gave me great info on cost of repair and how to send it. Had it back to me in the same week! WOW! and it's all done in the good old USA! You can't go wrong with Palm DR. This is the kind of service that makes our country great!
