I had a Zumo 450 that the screen & digitizer died on so I bought another one but a Zumo 550 that the same thing happened to it a year later. The devices were shipped, evaluated and repaired within 10 days and I had them both back in working condition. The screens, digitizers and battery backups were repairs and the power button on one also. The price was extremely reasonable and FAR FAR less than purchase of a new motorcycle GPS....and now I have 2 working GPS units.
