I've had a TomTom GPS with a broken screen sitting around for a while now. Other online repair sites wanted as much to repair the unit as it would have cost to replace it. The Palm Dr. repaired my screen for about a third of the cost of a unit with lifetime traffic and maps, with a super fast turnaround. The unit was shipped out, repaired, and returned within the same week, and fantastic communication throughout the process. Awesome experience all around! :)
