My Palm was uploaded to my desk top remotely. The gentleman I dealt with was patient and respectful at all times. He continually reassured me that my device was not antiquated (as I had been told by the GEEK Squad) and I now, I am once again "right with the world." (The strange part is that the GEEK Squad uploaded the Palm about three years ago - now that store has closed and I must go to a bigger city where they just don't seem to want to put the time into it) I would recommend this business, Palm Dr Short Tronics Inc
