I had two units, one with a cracked screen, the other was sent to another vendor for new batteries. Chris replaced the cracked screen and had the unit back to me within a week. When I received the other unit back from the other vendor, I found several thing wrong with it and it was completely unserviceable. I sent the broken unit to Short Tronics INC, and Chris also repaired this unit in about a week, even replacing an internal battery that had supposedly been replaced by the other vendor.
