I was on a recent motorcycle trip from Huntsville to Orlando Florida and make several stops. On the leg from Selma AL to Jacksonville, my Zumo 550 GPS went on the fritz and I had to rely on my cell phone to get me to my destination. I found PalmDr online while trying to diagnose my problem. After speaking to Chris, I FEDEX\'d him my device. Four days later while en route back from Orlando to Mobile for the night, I arrived and my device was waiting for me at the front desk of the hotel. NOW THAT\'S SERVICE!!!!
