Zumo 550 Frozen Screen

Had an expensive Zumo 550 that was not that old, with a software problem (frozen screen) that Garmin would no longer support and refused to help. Who wants to throw away a $700 unit with two motorcycle mounts and lifetime map updates.
Fortunately, I stumbled over PalmDr on the internet and called Chris. He completely reprogrammed the unit in one day for a fair price. It now works perfectly and I again have a Zumo 550 screen that can be read in the daytime unlike some of the newer motorcycle Garmin GPS's.
