I was very hesitant in sending my Palm TX to be repaired,because I had sensitive information in it and I did not know anything about Short Tronics Inc. I had a conversation with Chris Short and I explained my problem that I was having with my PDA. He suggested the things that I had to do to get my PDA working again. The price for the repair was fair and the turn around time was exceptional. The repair saved me time and the expense of buying a new PDA. Chris keep up the good work.
