I am happy to support Chris\' repair service for PALM system devices. His work his timely & accurate. USPS shipping seems to work fine within the continental USA -- at least that is my experience from an Atlanta, GA area zip code. Cost of replacement of the power jack, LCD screen and battery on a Zire 72 totaled about 35% of the cost of a newly assembled unit advertised by a company in New Zealand & the turnaround time was of course much quicker. The \"soft elements\" of service i.e. client consultation, are quickly and satisfactorily handled as well. Thank you, Chris.
