Garmin unit was not working due to what I thought was a bad battery. A quick phone call to ShortTronics, and Chris advised me it was just a faulty USB jack. I shipped it off with two batteries. A few follow-up emails and he had made the repair, determined which battery had a greater capacity, updated my maps (for a little extra), and got the GPS back to me in five days. Amazingly fast turnaround at a fair price. If you like your out-of-commission GPS and want to avoid the high price and hassle of looking for a new one, use these guys for sure.
