I was on a motorcycle trip and on the 3rd day, my GPS (and XM) went dead. I called Chris at Short Tronics INC to let him know the problem, and he not only assured me to give it prompt attention, but then went out of his way to make sure the repaired GPS beat me to a hotel in Maine! This is not a the kind of service you find every day. With Garmin\'s ridiculous high repair cost, Chris is the answer!
