There can be no greater rating than 100% satisfied. My expectation initially when my old 550\'s screen crapped out was that I\'d need to save up for a new (pricey) model. Garmin would do the job... allowing x # of weeks... I sent my unit to Chris Friday July 11th and got it back today Friday July 18th, Short Tronics INC did not receive the unit until Wednesday, and about an hour after I received the notification it had arrived, I had a new notification it had shipped back out! Phenomenal service Chris! And the unit is up and running for a little more than half what Garmin wanted (to exchange - not repair) I\'ll have no hesitation recommending your service to fellow riders in need.
