Almost a year & a half ago I purchased a Palm Tungsten E2 from Chris (the PalmDr.). He was kind enough to totally set it up for me since I am a senior citizen who is definitely not a part of the computer generation. Now, almost a year & a half later, I thought that my Tungsten E2 had died. I called Chris and with just a telephone conversation Chris diagnosed that all I needed was a new AC adapter thereby saving me the time & expense of having to mail the Tungsten E2 to him for repair or replacement.
