Somehow, I came across PalmDr.com in my quest to get my Palm Centro to hotsync and work correctly. When I saw there was a $35 charge to \"take control\" of your computer to fix problems, I thought, naw, I can do it myself.

Well, I couldn\'t do it myself, and broke down and tried it. WOW!!! The best $35 I have ever invested! And to top this all off, being low on cash, Chris agreed to wait until after the new year to cash my check!
