All the techies in Alexandria, VA told me to use my Palm V as a paper weight since any repair action would delete the data. Replacing the battery was a 50/50 chance that all data would be lost and it may not fix the problem. There was no way to diagnose the problem until the Palm V could be turned on. Everything was a non-starter.

Chris not only fixed it but now it is as good as new. It was repaired in record time. The cost was less than the locals were going to charge me for a new battery!! All the data was still in tact.
This organization is a keeper. They are on my Go To List.
