The digitizer problem was the only problem I was having with my original Palm TX: dead spots in the screen and squirrelly touchscreen calibration. Now I can keep using my Palm indefinitely!

The Palm platform and its usefulness is NOT outdated, especially for those who want to use offline applications! I don\'t have a smartphone and I haven\'t found suitable similar applications for other portable hardware platforms with the same look, feel, and ease of use as those on my Palm. It\'s great to have this TX repaired and ready to use!
