Excellent Service
After several searches I found the number for Short Tronics. Chris answered and told me they could do the repair on my Palm Z 22, which I\'ve had since 2002, but the stored data was history. Not a problem since I had it backed up on my computer. When he mentioned that they had new Z 22 in stock, I said send me one. I had the new Z 22, and the data fully loaded in less than two days. WOW-- you can\'t find service like that anywhere today. So, thank you Chris and I\'ll probably order another as a backup.
