Chris has repaired my Tungsten E2 twice and I was very pleased with the service and price. Recently I started getting \"insufficient memory\" messages when trying to hotsync wirelessly. When trying to hotsync with the cable I got \"Fatal Alert/Fatal Error/Reset\" messages. I emailed Chris about these problem and he promptly replied suggesting several options - the first being a hard reset - that fixed it.

Chris does a great job of providing speedy, effective, and cost-effective Palm repair. I highly recommend him.
