Just a quick note to let you know I received my TX in good order.

In addition, also wanted to thank you for the quick, professional and expert service and repairs(more like a restoration) to this almost 10 year old unit. The aftermarket On/Off switch is a welcome improvement over the original, the new digitizer works like it\'s a brand new PDA and the new 110 v power-plug-in-connector along with the new battery completes the \'revival\' of my \"PEM\" (Palm \'Exterior\' Memory) :-) Everything works just as it did before the breakdown, with no loss of memory or information whatsoever.
Good work Chris, I feel a whole lot more secure knowing that Palm-Help like yours is alive and well. I would absolutely recommend your (superior) service to fellow Palmists anytime.
