Chris literally SAVED me! I pretty much quit using the TX except for backup storage (I now have a conduit program for my Apple devices) so when it died a few months ago, I didn't panic. But THEN I had a computer failure and had to reinstall my computer's OS only to find that I could no longer import the data files to my Palm desktop! Years and years of records were about to be lost. But Chris, in his patient, reassuring way found a way to put it all back together and showed me a more reliable way to save the data in case of another failure. Now I'm going to send him my TX so I STILL have the backup file there too. THANKS Chris. It was worth every penny I spent.
