I\'ve been using PalmPilots for more than 10 years, and when this, my third Tungsten, stopped functioning, I feared I\'d have to find yet another one to replace it. However, I found Short Tronics Inc on the internet and was very happy I did. Chris repaired the unit quickly, and now it works like new ... for a very inexpensive price! I\'ll definitely go to Chris again if and when the unit needs repair.
