Palm Wouldn't Sync

I have not been able to sync my Palm since I purchased a computer with Windows 7 Professional last Fall. I finally found the Palm Dr. website and after a few emails, setup an appointment for Chris to remotely fix my problem. He took over my computer and found that I had a corrupted date book. Chris did his magic and bingo! My Palm is now
able to sync with my computer! Chris was very patient and professional and assured me that all would be good - and he was right! He installed Db Fixit, and we ran it a few times, so I would know how to do this in the future. I will definitely let other Palm users know about Dr. Palm! Chris deserves a much higher rating than 5 stars! I am extremely impressed with Chris and highly recommend him to anyone needing Palm support.
