Palm Desktop is now working

When I got the message "Palm Desktop by ACCESS Application has stopped working" I panicked. When I Googled that sentence I found that other people ran into the same problem. Some folks offered solutions but none worked for me. Chris by remote control, i.e., he was able to view my PC and control it, was able to fix my problem. He had a lot of patience because from my perspective it wasn't an easy the job. I must admit I was really scared when he asked me to do a hard reset, which is accompanied by a message on the Palm that all data will be erased. But he was able to reinstall all of my data and programs.
