Sooooooo, my husband tried to change the battery in my z22, and then the darn thing wouldn\'t even turn on... he thinks he might have hit something when opening the unit. My entire history of business clients, appointments, and contacts are in my Palm.

Once he received it, he emailed me with the problem and the repair costs, made sure I was in agreement, and my z22 was fixed and back in the mail to me within 24 hours. Awesome.
