Chris fixed my dead battery about a year ago and I couldn\'t have been happier with the competent and speedy service.

Then, my TX stopped hot-syncing and I couldn\'t get it to do anything. Apparently more than one file was corrupted. First Chris did his best to help over the phone, but my unit was too badly fried. I sent it to him and I know he must have pulled his hair out... but he found the problems after working his \"magic\" (hard work and expertise) and I couldn\'t be happier.

Chris is the best, and we, in the Palm et.al. communities are lucky to have him.
