I am beyond words at how fantastic my experience with this company was! Parts were ordered for my ipod before I even had the payment to them to ensure prompt repair for me. Once they had the ipod the customer service and communication was beyond excellent! Our Ipod was repaired in about a week (including mail time - we live out of town). I did some checking around first and this was the cheapest repair price as well if anyone is wondering. I checked Mankato and Rochester. Finished product is excellent. Thank you so much Chris!
