Haven\'t needed a repair, but I purchased my Tungsten from PalmDr. a year or so ago (to replace a Zire with the dreaded volatile memory!) and am delighted with it.

Experienced a problem recently with loss of records on my Palm Desktop, and inability to HotSync. Turned out the problem was entirely on my desktop, but Chris,without hesitation, talked me through the recovery and all is well.
