I\'ve been a Palm PDA guy since they first appeared and my little E2 is my go-to widget for everything, including bedtime reading with the Mobi software so having it gradually die was a loss. I searched for a repair source and came across Palm Dr./Chris Short. While his website was informative, sometimes we make choices for odd reasons and seeing that he was in Minnesota sealed the deal. I have spent almost 40 years managing large \"you break it, we fix it\" computer service units, starting with Control Data (a major Minnesota company) in 1964, I knew from experience that I could trust the work ethic of these folks.

Bottom line: I shipped him the unit, exchanged an email, a brief phone call and he shipped the device back in a day, even the USPS, his preferred delivery method, over performed and it got back here to NY a day early even with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. I wish more service organizations worked like his does.
