My Palm was dying. The charging hookup was stuck inside my Palm, so I couldn't charge and couldn't backup either. I needed a new battery and other things too. They backed up my data and kept it until I felt secure that I had everything on control at my end (I needed new Palm software too). The price was so low compared to the service I got that I actually paid them extra. I am SO grateful.
