I have sent my Tungsten E2 to Chris at Short Tronics/Palm DR.com twice for repair and have been very satisfied. They have replaced a battery, screen, and fixed my \"sudden death syndrome.\" Service and return shipping were fast and prices were reasonable. I have gotten years of additional service from my Palm and I wouldn\'t hesitate to send it to them again if it malfunctions.
