If you want/need to have a PDA repaired, this IS the place to go! I \"damaged\" my T5 attempting to replace the back cover. In the process, what ever I did ... the T5 was dead. I talked with Short Tronics before sending my T5 ... needed to get some confidence that \"they\" were a honest company. Let me say, they are MORE than honest. My T5 was repaired, things I asked them to do, they did. But, they did NOT do any UN-necessary work. Their pricing is MORE than fair and they returned my T5 very quickly. I\'m VERY pleased.
