My 11 yr. old Zire 31 has my life stored on it. Seven months ago it stopped allowing me to synch with my computer due to "needing drivers." I recently purchased a new Zire 31 from Short Tronics Inc. so I could get the install disk. I installed the install disk but it would still not work. I called and Chris fixed the driver problem and I am now back in business. I don't need the new Zire 31 and Chris told me to return it for a refund. This level of service, technical expertise and integrity is hard to find these days! I highly commend Short Tronics Inc.!!!
