First a quick turnaround at a reasonable cost on their replacement of the touch-screen. Then great follow-up support when \"hotsync\" problems occurred after the Palm\'s return, including a second round trip of the unit to their office for further diagnostics and a couple of remote log-ins to my computer to resolve the problems. Chris & his company have my highest recommendation!
