My \"new\" Palm TX from PalmDR works better in its basic functions than the one I purchased at Staples did years ago when it was fresh out of the box!
Add to that PalmDR\'s modifications (mic, switch & screen) and the all extra software they threw in, and I was nothing short of amazed!
This one comes up faster, speaks louder and has a much brighter display than my original one.
Add to that the prompt shipping, and I had an excellent experience. My only regret is that I didn\'t place the order sooner.
