My Palm Z22 was not working. I contacted PalmDR and Mr Short answered the phone. I sent my device to him. After repair it still would not do a HotSync (although its functions had otherwise been restored). I sent it back with prompt service. Some of MY software was missing, and Mr. Short spent nearly an hour on the phone controlling my computer to fix the problem. All is OK now. I feel Mr. Short is an expert on Palm Z22's.
