I am very impressed with the prompt and excellent customer service provided by Mr Short. My Tungsten E2 was repaired without hassle or complications. I asked that it be shipped to a stateside address due to my schedule. It was there waiting for me and functioned like new.
It is rare that you find such excellent, prompt and courteous customer service.
