Chris is a miracle worker. Well, maybe not exactly a miracle worker, but you Palm fans know exactly what I mean.

He\'s kept my trusty m515 functioning well (circa 2002) - even when I\'m not. Always clear, professional, very knowledgeable and ready to teach when just upping my skill set a tad will help make things even easier. Kudos!

The 2620 is a bit of an antique so I was happy to find someone that could still replace a wonky digitizer. Chris turned the initial repair around super-quick but the new digitizer turned out to be a bust. When contacted he was super helpful and managed to get the digitizer replaced and the unit back in my hands in 5 days....way quicker that I expected considering it was now Christmas shipping season.

Couldn't be happier with the service...big thumbs up for Short Tronics and Chris.
