I just acquired a new to me Zumo 550 and it needed a new battery. Ordered it from Palm Dr. and as usual got a quick reply from Chris that the order was received and on the way. Very fast turn around and a good price. These guys are great to do business with.

My Garmin GPS unit now work great and appears like new! I almost threw it away before finding Short Tronics online. Extremely quick turn-around. I will definitely use Short Tronics for any future needs. It almost seemed too good to be true. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Chris provided outstanding communication.

Cudos to Short Tronics INC for the fast and efficient servicing of my Zumo. Besides the needed repairs, they also replaced the battery and button pads which most likely caused the initial problem. The Zumo in my opinion is the ultimate guidance system and I would never in all my wanderings on two wheels be without it. Thank you again Chris and staff!
