So after 100,000 miles my trusty Garmin 276C developed a "burn" in the lower right corner of the screen. I love this GPS and they don't make it anymore. Garmin said they couldn't fix it. But then I found Chris and he had the new screen installed in less than a week and returned to me. Thanks Chris!

Yes! A real person answered the telephone.I said "the Palm doesn't know where on the screen the stylus is pointed." Chris diagnosed over the telephone and named a price. I mailed my Palm on Friday and received it back on Wednesday.Chris also installed the Palm Desktop program on my new Win10 operating system computer. Should there be a heaven, there will be a special place reserved for those who maintain our legacy devices. The last 10 years of my working and personal life are stored on the Palm TX (and the desktop) and the device was failing. I mailed it Priority Post from Canada. Chris got it Friday, repaired it and had it back in the mail the same day. Wow. I also "bought" half an hour of his time to help me with a hotsync issue. Thanks, Chris for your speed and courtesy and patience. Please don't retire!

Palm may be considered a dinosaur after being abandoned by HP, but some of us still like the format and the handheld. I recently had to replace the hard-drive in my Win7 laptop. Attempts to reinstall my program made it clear that there no longer was an "official" site for updating the driver. Palmdr provided the site for the driver and it worked.
