Unbelievably quick response on my dead/frozen PDA!

Unfortunately I am addicted to putting my schedule and my tasks on my Palm and I don\'t want to convert them to my iPhone.

Everyone thinks I\'m crazy for carrying around two devices, and for keeping around an old Vista OS laptop that is easy to sync with the Palm, but I like what I like!

I\'m so glad that he\'s in this business!

Favorite GPS is like new thanks to Chris! Needed digitizer, battery, power connections soldered, and maps updated. Only solution Garmin had was refurbished unit for $200 + :O Chris fixed it up for well under $100. Fast service (was waiting for an email, received repaired GPS instead!) and good communication.

Chris repaired my boat mounted unit back to its original state. He was able to save all my fishing and route waypoints for Lake Erie. I mailed the unit on Thursday and got it back the following Tuesday. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair. I am very happy with his service. Thanks Chris !! Jerrold L. Cooley

I cannot say enough good about Short Tronics. Fast response to my email inquiry. Chris knows his stuff. He recognized the problem I was describing and knew he could fix it when Garmin said it was a lost cause $$$$$. Chris resurrected the Zumo from a doorstop to a fully functional GPS again and the turnaround was amazingly fast. Really, I'm not his mother!!! Glad I had friends who told me about Short Tronics for they had the same great experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone with Zumo problems to call Chris!

Chris Short is a cut above anyone I've ever encountered in the tech world. He previously completely refurbished my original Palm T|X with all the bells and whistles at a great price and with little down time. And recently after I finally upgraded from Windows XP to 7, he assisted me on the phone and solved the problem in moments! Thank you, Chris!
